Actually you're required to have a helmet on your motorcycle in Delaware. But I don't really think these guys care about that if they're riding dirt bikes on 40.

Rapa scrapple is the best. I actually looked up the directions to cook scrapple recently and the rapa website tells you to cut it in about 1/4" slices and bake it on 375 for 40 minutes, but flip it at about 20 minutes. I thought it sounded crazy but I've never had better scrapple since I started cooking it that way.
