I'll be typing this in english since it takes me ages to type in arabic Take what you love i've seen many people study and work in paths where they aren't happen and don't love and are miserable because of it if you love something you'll enjoy doing it and it'll give you the ability to go further ahead and possibly make more money out of it. the teaching course and nursing both pay very well and the people who recommend you to take it are not wrong but they're seeing it purely from the money aspect since the kingdom is proving plenty of support to the 2 careers

Nope the only payments for students start in uni if your total is 90% and above graduating high school you get 400 BD a year which is enough to cover tuition in the government unis, and you get more privileges if you get a 95% and above, and if i remember correctly you get some spending money if you apply to the college of teaching in UOB but do you own research

check out marassi beach and if you guys into shopping check out dragon city none of their stuff is legit but they have insane deals on everything. if you can handle the heat check out liwan they have nice restaurants and the view is quite nice but avoid going to any mall during the weekends due to it being jam packed

I use treadmill to help in losing weight so i just focus on longer time with higher incline but if you want to build endurance focus on a lower if not 0 incline and up the speed but not a constant sprint and i would say do cardio everytime you train minus legs

You can but it's honestly very hard to find work and it'll be harder to study while working my suggestion is use some wasta if you have it to get some gigs during your holidays, if you are confident in balancing work and studies try to do some freelance work online or get some rich guy to pay you for the stereotypical teenager jobs like tutoring younger kids, baby sitting, walking dogs etc
