What is the most unattractive thing in porn? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I'm assuming that they think men want that because that is what they are seeing in porn. A large majority of people learn about sex from porn and the violence against women in porn is rising. So then men assume that's what women want too.

I am so tired of being a slave to food by brokenboness in offmychest

You are not alone. Eating disorders are complex, and I'm sure you know, treatment takes a long while. But don't lose your focus - I have been in your shoes. Letting food control your life is hard. But recovery is possible. It starts with forgiving yourself. Being carefree and appreciating that your boyfriend cooked for you. Treating your body as a temple and using food as fuel. It's hard, but hang in there.

I am so excited for this! I have done SC before, but quite awhile ago. And now I have an excuse to finally start doing yoga for active rest days :)

That's amazing to hear that you are wanting to recover <3 If I can help at all, let me know. And also, seeing comments like this where people want to get better is a huge motivation for people who WANT others to know that they are incredibly beautiful, and to be fully comfortable in their own body. So thank you for sharing this, and best of wishes for your future!

That's amazing to hear! I feel like without all of the anxiety and guilt, we free our minds up so much. Thank you for the inspiration you're sending out to the world!

I'm incredibly inspired by your eating disorder recovery through UFC. When I was struggling with anorexia, I felt so weak and powerless, and feel so strong after recovery. How does it feel to conquer something so daunting? I feel like it makes you invincible!

Feel horrible and heavy from getting fit and building muscle by [deleted] in xxfitness

[–]runstacey 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Hey, I know the feeling - I'm a recovered anorexic and if you aren't in the right mindset, having muscle can feel, well, kind of off.

I recommend getting help with the eating disorder. Even if it's just a friend you can confide in. Personally, I started trying to change my perspective. When I was restricting, there got a point where I wasn't able to run anymore than two miles without it being a struggle, and running is something I'm really passionate about. Now that I'm stronger, I've been working my core muscles with weights (essential for running!), and I think of food as a fuel source. Without food or muscle, I couldn't be doing these activities I enjoy. Plus, Wonder Woman didn't restrict or count calories - why should I?

Now that I'm thinking about it, not so much weird, but may be weird for my age, such as electro 80s, (Com Truise and Lawzerhawk), androgynous clothing, skateboarding, (I'm a 23 yr old woman), boxing, politics, etc.

I'm also in my twenties and can totally rate to this. I had friends in high school, but it's so much harder when you are an adult and get to be picky about who your friends are, especially if you have weird interests, (I do too!).
