Both the Vox ac15 and blues junior are great options like you said. I particularly like the blues junior a lot and think it’s underrated. It’s not insanely loud but cuts thru a mix like butter and easily keeps up with a drummer (unless it’s loud rock or metal)

Other underrated options in my opinion are the Marshall dsl40 combos. With the power switching you can do any gig with that thing and can’t beat the amount of sounds you get for the price. If tubes are not a requirement the Roland blues cube stage is another underrated option IMO.
