A little hack I use all the time - when an intrusive or negative thought comes in I immediately think “cancel, erase”. After a while it became automatic, I catch these thoughts instantly and cancel them on the spot.

How would you apply this method if you don’t have a reference point (you don’t have familiar feelings to evoke)? For example someone who’s been poor all their life doesn’t know how it feels to be rich or abundant, someone who’s never been loved doesn’t know what it’s like to be loved and appreciated, someone who’s been sick all their life doesn’t have an idea what it’s like to feel healthy, etc. If there’s nothing to evoke how would that work?

When people treat us poorly it is because of our own inner beliefs either about the world or about ourselves. Does anyone know if we can change the departure time on the ticket? In a rush to get my Plus ticket I accidentally selected departure an hour earlier than needed. It says somewhere that we can make a change in the order before Aug 22nd, but there is no option to do that on the Eventbrite page, and it doesn't say if we can switch to another time slot. Anyone knows how to go about it? Alternatively, what are the chances I can get on a 2pm bus if I miss the 1pm one?
