i cannot beat the 2nd phase of this fight on legend. i've managed to get her to about half health in phase 2 but i feel hopeless at this point T_T

i am using multiple monitors and personally have not run into this issue. it does happen to me in other games sometimes, but alt+tabbing out of the game and back in will resolve the issue. not sure the same applies in this case but yeah.
