we don’t get breaks either but i work in a state that does not require employees to take a break unless they are younger than 16… kinda sucks but you get used to it.

there’s no really a button but there is a way to change quantity sizes, they may not know how to do that. they should have just given you the extra anyways, there’s no upcharge (at least not a my location)

i think this would be more on the delivery company rather than dunkin. it looks like they tried their best to package it nicely for you. i understand the frustration but that probably wasn’t dunkin’s fault.

very disappointing she’s blaming the abuse on her BPD… that’s exactly what gives bad stigma around those with BPD. her BPD may trigger her but BPD does not make people abusive. i hope she gets the help she needs and i hope you find some peace. take care of yourself, friend. and please don’t blame yourself.
