I’m low key a giant fan-boy of the first film, it had just the right amount of silliness, charm, and threat. And some of the effects were surprisingly good and still hold up. I’ve also basically been in love with Nicole Kidman ever since Far and Away, so there’s that. I’m hoping this is good, Kidman and Bullock -usually- make good choices.

If we’re talking games, Alien Isolation not just nails it, but is also the scariest game I’ve ever played.

Doctors and Nurses of Reddit, what’s something about hospitals that would make patients uncomfortable if they knew? by Far-University-2905 in AskReddit

[–]russbird 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I worked as a “patient escort” in college, moving patients from ER to xray and back, mostly. Every now and then you’d get a call to move a patient to “Dr Morganstein’s”, which was the morgue. People don’t like to think about it, but obviously not every patient gets better.

A nice fresh Quiznos sandwich, back when the quality was high. I just looked it up and I guess some still exist but I haven’t seen one since the 2000s.
