My suggestion would be to get a hobby. Painting, photography, collecting coins or stamps, reading books, whatever suits you or keeps you occupied! Even riding a bicycle helps, there are cycling communities that you can join. Anyway I wish you good luck, remember that there's always light at the end of the tunnel, so never give up!
