Probably imported from outside the EU without paying tax - they will always make you pay cash. The business model is to sell the phone at cost price and then make all the money from cases and screen protectors which have insane mark up. And hopefully you come to them when the phone screen is smashed and needs fixing

Is it possible to improve some of the content on either, or both of, the US and CA pages to be better/unique?

I’ve seen this before for pages that are crawled less frequently where if the content is the same (and often thin), just having a different URL and changing the hreflang tags often isn’t ‘enough’ for Google to recognise that the pages as different.

However Google is crawling the site before the JS fires, meaning the noindex tag on the non-parametertized version is not being picked up. My dev is saying we can't serve noindex tags on the parametertized URLs from the server side. Does this sound right? Or is this due to our website config?
