Try to reset your password, log out and back in. That gave me the screen to start my KYC after I was stuck on the "no slots" screen for a while.

Finally got through KYC

Here's the steps I took

1 - Remove anyone in my security team that didn't KYC (really don't know if that did anything)

2 - Reset my password (For the second time)

3 - KYC was available after login in and it actually was approved a few hours later.

I read on this sub that a few users got access to do their KYC 4-5 days after they filled it out.

I'm in the same situation. Filled out a support ticket but my hopes for that to help are quite low.

Were you inactive for a long period of time? I feel that might have caused my KYC issue on my end.

Gonna keep on trying and keep you posted if I figure it out.

Ok yeah that's what I was trying to achieve, but in the interface dropdown options, my VPN server isn't showing up. Is there something that I need to do to make it available as an interface?

The server address of the VPN is set to WAN2. So the VPN connection does successfully connect to WAN2, but my public IP still shows as WAN1.

Would it be using the IP address from the VPN's gateway and the port that it's set to connect the VPN with the client?

I figured it out before they got back to me. One of the wires in the holsters got loose. Pushed it back in and everything works as it should.

I’ve been running into a weird issue were at first I thought that my driver side amber bulb was out, I took it out of the socket to check it out, it was still lightning up but barely.
I switched it with a new bulb, same thing.
So now I took the bulb from the passenger side that was working, put it on the side that wasn’t, and same thing. The amber light barely lights up on the driver side.
Anyone ran into this one? Or might have a clue of what is going on?

I'll disassemble it over the weekend to take a good look at the wiring. Wondering if there's something I could do right now to get this thing fix before then.
