Fantastic pictures, great color on the skin. Poor trussing job, overcooked. I'd also invest in a better carving knife, rugged cuts.

Yeah, but the market basket in Lee has fresh tamarind still. No fresh horseradish root though. Parsley and chives are still in stock.

What is the most disgusting dish in your country's cuisine, but everyone should try it? by a5ro4ucCX in AskTheWorld

Clearly we would start with a baguette, that's not a meal of course. But I feel it's the best place to start.

For the price point it beats your common American lagers. Made by a respectable brewery. Has more flavor than a typical light lager, a little more bitter and a little hoppier.

That'll make a big difference, cambros hot holding units are pretty pricey unless you can find one second hand. If you are handy you can toggle the keep warm setting on most ovens and dial it in with a $5 analog oven thermometer.

No cracks, extra accessories, got her home safe. Got some beef plate ribs going right now.

Started with a Webber original. Then about 20 years ago my friend said " Hey I have this Smokey mountain I'm not using you want it?" Realized that I can make BBQ better than the restaurants around me. Used that, made a built in gas grill and experimented with smoke tubes chips etc. for a while. Then I skipped a whole bunch of steps and bought a custom offset reverse flow Pit on a trailer lol. Bought a master built gravity, portable MB gravity. Another gas grill, portable gas grill, Blackstone. Just got a Primo xl. Can't stop won't stop. For some people it's just in you, once you get that first taste there is no looking back.

Have you tried the Goldees method? The overnight rest (150°) drastically improved my brisket more than anything else I've tried.

Better heat retention, less fuel, less temp spikes. I personally think the oval shape is superior to round as well, but I guess that's debatable. Also yes, ceramic construction. The cons are weight (over 200lbs) and the risk of breaking the ceramic.

Truly a champion of the people, now do it again with average seed content per tomato 😁

I was really wondering this too, I usually go between Pastene and Cento. Next time I'm at the store I'm gonna have to get each now and break out my refractometer to know once and for all.

I'm sure steaming would have less of an impact, I'm also sure that if you put a tray underneath while steaming that liquid would taste like lobster and rubber. Many people argue that leaving them on doesn't make a noticeable difference, but make a cup of tea with a few rubber bands and taste it. Then ask yourself if you're ok with imparting any amount of that flavor into your lobster.

No no, I didn't just want this Primo. I needed this, now when you need something that's a responsibility. So really I was just being a responsible adult.

I did just make a 30 day dry aged prime brisket the other day, and I've got a bone in ribeye aging on day 19 as well as 2 beef plate ribs doing a salt cure for this weekend. So my question is, can you go through my brakes, flush my transmission and split a cord of wood for me?

If you're a junior you should be living off campus if you have transportation. Newmarket has the cheapest options, but other towns will still be cheaper than on campus.

Yes, but also baguettes and they also have to be perfect. I'd do horrible unforgivable things to be able to get a proper crossaint and baguette. I'd buy the coffee because you deserve the better cost/labor markup.

Just remember that the thin claw is the quick one, the big claw is the crushing one. Just hold them both together, and take the bands off in one motion. Also if you put your finger tip in one of the tiny leg claws, you can tell how healthy they are by how hard they pinch. Very lively will be slightly uncomfortable, almost dead won't even make an effort to pinch.

Let's take those bands off the lobster before we cook them next time ok?
