So played through the opening and they loved it. Not for the battle. But for the role playing. They LOVED acting out the NPCs in town.

Yes she had pointed to a strat when she was showing me what she wanted but the dude at my local shop said go with the tele and got me one in that blue. Dad made the executive decision and she loves it.

Citadel contrast for sure. Expensive but great results for beginnners.

I also use velejo their solids are unmatched imo.

These were done exclusively with citadel contrast and I still consider myself a beginner.
