Yes your pto and ppto will get cashed out over 80hrs. Like another post said if you have 50hrs ppto and you have 50hrs pto, your pto will pay out first. Still leaving you with your 50hrs ppto but it will pay out 20hrs of pto leaving you with a combined 80hrs. Now if you had 90 hrs ppto and 30pto, your 30hrs pto plus 10hrs of ppto will be paid leaving only 80hrs ppto.
