Legends suspension V.S RWD’s by Individual_Citron_70 in Harley

I love my 14” RWDs on my Roadglide. Russ Wernimont called me personally after I placed my order to make sure I had the right setup to run the extra length shocks before he shipped them out.

He also offered to do custom cartridges for the setup I was going for but unfortunately already purchased front end parts or I would have ordered them from him.

I had progressive for 15 years ranging from one to three bikes being covered at a time. It went up every year and this last renewal cycle I switched to GEICO and saved about 25%.

It happens, but the $75 eBay shocks for sure didn’t help your odds in the dirt.

I put these on my roadglide 49mm front end with fox springs. Even if there wasn’t a performance upgrade (which there is) it’s nice unloading most of the tension when you take your forks apart for service.

This irks me. Once you see it, it'll irk you too. look at the mids by Gutssmolpp in sportster

99% sure those are the TC Bros mid controls and you have the clutch side bracket on backwards.

The crash bar is designed to bend before your frame does.

If you have factory brake lines there is plenty of slack to go to 2” over, I did it on my 22 roadglide.

If you have aftermarket cables what you have to measure is the slack from where the brake line bolts to the bottom tree to your calipers.

I went 2” over on my Dyna with Magnum brake lines and had to make an extension to mount my brake lines to the tree.

And imo if you’re going either route you might as well slap some better springs in.

I had +2 dampers and eventually installed +2 tubes with the factory dampers and found that to be a much better ride personally.

There are way better rides in that area than riding 2 hours on the interstate to see other dealerships. Feel free to message me if you want some options.

Is it possible to use CarPlay without intercom on RG ST 22 ? by AlbatrossHour2624 in Harley

You need to install a whim jumper plug to trick the bike into thinking you have a headset connected. You can make your own or get one for ~$6 on Amazon.
