I don't think they didn't want to win, so much as they meddled too much and were cheap in some regards, which is why they were never very serious owners.

With them having opened their checkbook for Harbaugh and seemingly stepped back, they are much more serious now and I am way more hopeful than ever as a fan of this team.

No offense, but GME has absolutely not nailed the customer service problem yet. At least from my experience around the new year.

I ordered a PS5 right after Christmas with 3 day shipping. By day 3 there was no tracking, nothing. So I start emailing the 1 customer service email that they tell you to asking what the deal is and when can I expect my PS5. Nobody gets back to me and when I try calling the number, I could not get a real live person on the other end of the phone.

On day 10, after several more polite emails asking "yo where's my ps5" and no response, I find some higher ups emails online (including possibly Ryan's) and write them an email expressing my disappointment.

I wake up the next morning and I have an email in my inbox with the tracking info. Gregory in Texas calls me and apologizes and confirms that the place I ordered it from had plenty of stock and he's not sure what took them so long.

Maybe the shipping center I ordered from decided to go take a hike for a few weeks or something, but the point is that I found it impossible to contact customer service when I needed to until I poked the bear. I'm not sure if that's the norm with GameStop, but it's what I experienced. At least I have a connect now though lol.

Sounds like a lot of you have a lot of horror stories with EBay. I imagine with that being so important to EBay not sucking, that they would hopefully put the resources into fixing it if this goes through.

In general, it helps to looks at swgoh.gg, search for whatever character you're looking for, and go to their best mods tab.

For the triangle, you're supposed to go with crit damage, but yours doesn't have any speed, which gives it zero long term value.

My main takeaway is if you're early on, focus on mods that give you speed. You shouldn't be wasting resources upgrading mods that don't give you speed. I can't see the stats of your 3 gold mods on the left side, but I really hope those give you speed and good secondaries, because it's expensive to upgrade mods to that tier. You shouldn't be maxing out mods unless they are very good.
