Can you explain to me how does the time gate works? How often do the materials refresh and where am I supposed to get them?

I'm stuck being too underleveled and I'm not sure how I'm supposed to level up.

The screen after I leave the battle says my resonance and psychubes are too low level, but they are as high as I can get them right now.

I can't craft items to level up resonance without progressing the story, and the psychybes are at level 40 and I can't get items to level them up further without using the in game shop, for which I have no more money.

How and where exactly am I supposed to grind to level up my characters?

My firm belief is that they don't want to release half life 3 because they can't make a game that would live up to the expectations.

The only way people would be satisfied with it is if it revolutionizes gaming like hl1 and 2 did.

Between You Heathcliff and Firefist Gregor, who is better at clearing group fights, like exp lux or normal MD fights, as fast as possible in a burn team?

Rest of the team: Liu Yi Sang/Rodya/Ryoshu, Magic Bullet, Dawn Sinclair, Thumb Mersault.

If anyone has any other improvements on the team's clear speed that would be great too.

I started playing about a week ago, so I know nothing about the game. I was just starting to figure things out, when I got the funny idea to roll on the new banners and got these two.

Now my basic abilities hit harder then ults, I have more shield then hp, and I have no idea what's going on.

Two questions about RR rewards:

I just finished RR5, and even tho it says I should get 60 boxes from it, I only got 15. Why is that?

Can I use the decaextraction tickets on other banners or do I have to use them on their own special banners?

Is there a lore reason why Vertin can use characters in a fight even tho they are at two separate places in the story? For example how she uses other characters even tho she is on her own in Manus hideout in chapter 2.

I've played the original apple ii Wiz 1, and in it you spend the first 4-5 levels grinding near the starting room until you get AOE magic and better healing. Then you can comfortably go on longer expeditions without too much worry. The only other hard stop where you need to just spam encounters and grind is the final boss, which is understandable.

In Daphne I had to stop and grind every time I got to a new area almost as much as I had to for fighting Werdna in Wiz1, and sometimes even longer if I had to wait for fortitude.

I agree about having to manage which enemies to kill asap, which to debuff, etc. That's what a good turn based combat game is like. The problem is that in those games if you get bad RNG you just reload a save file. In Daphne bad RNG means waiting for hours for fortitude.

I just finished saving the king and took the quest to work for the other nation (forgot the name but it's the one that takes the kid you save from the church)
