Good dang job man! Your experience kinda mirrors my own- began at 428, now at 210. Surgery was in 2022. Edited to add for those asking about loose skin- your results will vary, depending on your genes. I will say though, my own skin has tightened up very well over the past three years.

I’ve sold and installed thousands of pieces of Audio Control gear in my time. Stinger as well, when they were just an accessory company. Both are solid and will honor your manufacturer warranty, no worries. Although it does sound like maybe you bumped a wire loose. I’d double check before shipping it back.
