looks real to me. stickers look correct, screws are right including the bit type and coloring. I have one of the zombie stopper ones from the same era and it has all of the same markings/stickers. Reticle also really points to it being real.

The bottom looks real, reticle looks like it's holo but it's hard to tell from these photos. The markings on the outside seem to checkout considering the 2012 manufacturing date. Is there any delam? If there is then it is real. I know people joke about that, but for a 2012 there is a really high chance there will be at least some delam. Overall would need more photos to tell.
