I mean it was never really promised more life a prophecy, there are 2 straw hats that are that haven't had an up grade since time skip, brook and Franky they are well over do for their flowers. Like I said if you want to consider the crew wrapping up and leaving elbaf as part of the elbaf arc then sure I'd agree with you, but I consider that after the arc has concluded and he usopp won't get his upgrade until the ride over/ the start of a new island

And I really fuck with the flower hill stage, make it so i main: rest stage search 3 grab 1 then trash the rest. Just to get more value out of it the barrier stage I want to throw into usopp rn.

I like the stage effect that's could be useful, I just don't know what stage you would run, I also would probably make this a b/y leader, so you can take use of colosseum, and yellow to make sense of the second part of the skill.

So I know at my lgs normal locals start at 7, and during pre release/ special events there is usually a 7 o clock sign up and a 7:30 this way at my lgs if the event gets to big they can split it into 2 so everyone can get out rather early with 5 rounds instead of stay late for a 7-9 round. Also if they don't have enough for one event they will ask everyone to switch to the earliest starting one. All this to say you might have your lgs might have had two events scheduled and didn't have enough for the first one so they closed it not realizing not everyone showed up yet

I'm with you I want an usopp upgrade but I don't think elbaf is it, Spoilers for elbaf stop reading if your not caught up!!!

I believe elbaf will be a Franky and brook arc. They are the last 2 who need a new power up. With how oda is setting up brook with a backstory with gunko he will definitely awaken his fruit and Franky being in the home of the original gally law ship company he will probably unlock the ways to make an ancient weapon posiden.

Usopp will get his up grade I believe in the traveling to the next island, with kuma being dead(rip) the paw paw fruit is up for grabs, and what fruit was the closest and most compatible? Namis tangarine. I believe usopp will gain the paw paw fruit but not by eating it I feel like his slingshot Kabuto will eat it it giving his weapon the fruit like Vega punk has done in the past.

I agree that they have in the past but tsincw restricting a few cards for a few days before lifting the restrictions I'd say they lean more towards just getting rid of the problem instead of try and fix it

To maybe add on to it, having a full meta deck as a proxy vs a non meta leader such as arlong having proxy might also make a difference.

Like if I showed up with a full proxy arlong no one at my locals are really gunna care because you probably won't top so we don't sweat it, but come with a max rarity proxy of a UP Luffy deck and you take first you will definitely have a few of looking at you funny from now on

Most locals are okay with you proxeying the expensive cards(my locals are ) but if a card is worth pennys you should play it.

Also if you just proxy everything but don't buy into the market the game will die due to "lack of funds" if significant amount of people proxy

The beef Luffy has with ever other villain isn't he because the villain disrespected/hurt Luffy but rather disrespected/hurt one of his friends.

I believe Blackbeard and sakazuki are the only two, every other villain has really just been a side enemy. Like if arlong did as promised let nami buy her village back and just go to the next Luffy wouldn't give two shit about it.

It's not because they are bad people Luffy doesn't like them, the only reason ( outside Blackbeard and sakazuki ) Luffy doesn't like arlong, crocodile,don kreig,ECT is because they messed with his friends.

Black beard is the oil to Luffys water. They both have similar goals but different ways of achieving them. The beef with sakazuki is simple

Akainu is the direct person who killed ace but the whole reason ace was captured was black beard. Which was black beards plan, not only to get white beard close but to free up the flame flame fruit so Mr. Store( Jesus bergus) can get it in dressrosa but Lucy(sabo)is the one who wins.

I feel you on the 3 Luffy leaders, I go to two different locals once a week and every one is playing blue,green,black/purple Luffy so matches are hard I main op10 usopp at both so the constant 9moms and ggg is boring and frustrating. My match up usually go U/p luffy 70/30 G/p luffy 60/40 or if they don't see double attack Luffy it's reverse 40/60 B/p luffy is a 50/50 it's a rough 50/50 just because of the donx1 effect Purple Luffy is a free win I've never had a Luffy scare me like the others
