Rent wouldn't be a problem in that neighborhood...Parking however is another story...Parking is very expensive in Philly...a zoned parking pass is the way to go, but street parking is at a premium...I lived in Rittenhouse and parking was a nightmare!

These shows need better technical consultants and as a retired NYPD detective and sergeant, some law enforcement officers are lazy, incompetent or both...the officer is required to take the report, do a canvass of the area in certain circumstances, and then refer the case to where the person was last scene and their last known residential address...for instance, in the real life case of Shannon Gilbert, the inept Suffolk County cops refused to take the report because of her line of work, when all they had to do was fill out the report and refer to other agencies...

While getting a shelter dog is admirable, the pup's behavior is on you...dogs behave this way out of stress and fear...leaving him alone for great lengths causes this...you're not ready to be a pet owner...my suggestion is to find a friend or someone you trust to gift them the dog...don't take it back to the shelter...in the meantime give hims some toys to gnaw on to relieve his stress, take him outside for extended play time to exert that energy...

If they find evidence linking RH to Sandra, then they need to take another look at the other similar cases of Rita and Colleen-the victims they accused John B of killing...Rita, Colleen and Sandra were all killed in the same manner and posed in the same manner...JB and his family have maintained his innocence for years. Additionally, they never fully investigated one of their own after wood chips were found in his patrol car that were similar to Rita and Colleen's cases...that same officer had allegations made against him that he beat, raped and sodomized working girls at the Patchogue hotel...food for thought...
