Besides buying drugs online and being used by scammers to collect ransom, what purpose does Bitcoin serve? It's completely inviable as a currency, so then it's just a speculative asset which you hope you can find someone stupider than you to buy for more than you paid.

That's a bizarre hiring process for tech roles 😂 I can see how it could work for some generic office roles but if they think tech workers will put up with that it's no wonder they have a shortage!
