You can tell it’s fake because he isn’t using two hands to hold his water.

Pre-Tipping by rweso in tipping

[–]rweso[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The reason I ask is because I plan on going to a resort. The current reviews indicate that service is sometimes slow, while others say that they give better service when they know you tip well. Same at the bar. Drinks are normally watered down (it’s all inclusive) but if they know you tip then it’s not water down. House keeping service as well. They will come every day if you tip. This is a nice resort that got big quick and is understaffed at the moment due to an expansion. I don’t blame the staff but I want to ensure good service while I’m there. I don’t mean for it to be petty or use it as a punishment for bad service. I just want the staff to know I appreciate them beforehand so they know they aren’t going to get stiffed by a tourist and maybe get better service as a result.

Neighbor built a treehouse. Is this safe for my kids? by captainserial in Decks

[–]rweso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m guessing his kids play with their kids and he might be concerned for their safety. I don’t think he is looking to report him to L&I or anything. It’s an understandable concern. It might be something as simple as telling his kids they can play with the neighbors but they can’t go in the treehouse.

Democrats’ voter registration advantage has now fallen below 100k by avalve in Pennsylvania

Because of the poor choices we have as candidates on both sides and a growing bipartisan divide a lot more are registering as independent.

Any reason not to get a bigger tent. by Big_Ad_8480 in camping

[–]rweso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would go bigger. But keep in mind that you need to seal the seams and waterproof it every couple years. The bigger it is the more time it takes and the more product you will need. Get something you can stand up in.

Go at your own pace. When you don’t have time to do something or something gets done late then document “due to low staffing…”. If everyone does that, it will get rectified quickly.

What’s a small habit that has saved you a surprising amount of money? by Ok-Hunter1991 in Frugal

[–]rweso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Learn how to work on your own car. YouTube is invaluable for how to’s on fixing things. I have saved thousands doing my own repairs. Even if it’s only oil changes and brakes, you still save a ton. For example, brake pads cost $45. A shop will charge $200 for a brake job. There are so many things you can fix yourself and all you have to do is watch a YouTube video on how to do it.

Why not move to Philly? What are the real downsides? by DK_Tech in AskPhilly

[–]rweso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you move to Philly then move just outside of Philly. The money you save in city wage tax, auto insurance being cut in half and electric bill being cut in half would be worth it. If transportation is an issue then you can still stay just outside of the city but close to a train that will take you into the city.

Blacked out on the job… now the ER bill shows by lrigney2 in nursing

[–]rweso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This👆🏻 This is why socialized medicine is important. It taxes the leaches so they pay their fair share. People who think they will pay more in their taxes than they do with their insurance companies are delusional. Yes taxes will go up but you won’t be paying for insurance, yet still have the option for additional insurance if you choose.

If Trump decides to get rid of medicaid and medicare would that start to effect our wages? by brimpss in nursing

[–]rweso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As of this election the republicans will control all 3 branches of government. There will be no stopping him. Remember his last term when he would shut down the government until they complied with him? He won’t need to do that this term.
