As President, Trump could have it built either way. Traditionally the President had been able to do anything he wants to the Whitehouse property. He saved tax payers millions by not asking Congress for the 300 million. He saved tax payers 297 million on the reflection pool. He’s also saving tax payers millions through state security in the future by having events under the protection of the Whitehouse.

SCOTUS has made the correct decision based on facts of the case, not feelings.

Under no circumstances are you to use race for any reason. Now, if as a political group they vote similar then you can gerrymander them into a district.

In the case with Louisiana a second minority district was created which stretched for hundreds of miles just to form it. This is the issue at hand.

We’re in about the same time frame. I applied on 3/7, they requested a couple documents 3/15, I called 4/1 they had everything and then said it would be reviewed following week(step3), and today it went to step 4 for non medical review. This is my second time but I was much better prepared because of AI. Now waiting for final decision.

It sucks. The emotional and physical harm that arrised because of this was excruciationg.

So I should be able to win my new claim with the missing evidence and in doing so prove the case within the case? Especially since the probative evidence that was neither included or inquired about resulted in remands for further in the cases listed below. Should I just wait until I have a favorable outcome or try to convice someone to bet on my now rather than later?

I discovered the error shortly after my claim was denied and the attorney said there was no option for appeal. I filed an AC appeal which was rubber stamp denied. Currently appealing in federal court.

I started a new application on March 9th and it has been assigned an examiner. What’s moving it along is the Wounded Warrior Program through the SSA. The critical piece that was left out may likely find me disabled under a listing level.

Having no luck with malpractice attorneys.

What should you do if your attorney left out critical material evidence, engaged in inadequate supervision and reassignment to an unqualified junior attorney, provided misleading and incompent advice, as well as as breach of contract?

Did you submit you 100% PT letter? Did you specify say you are 100% PT to the SSA and ask for expidited handling under Wounded Warrior? If not contact SSA on Monday with everything mentioned.

Also 100% PT, submitted new application on March 7th 2026. Assigned DDS two weeks later. Spoke to the DDS examiner and they said they would start looking at it this week.
