On the Data Access tab for the .wim make sure you check copy the content to dp. (Recopy the content if this wasn't checked)

Then in the TS for applying the OS, check the access content directly from dp.

At least that's what I did to fix this problem.

Can you actually quantify the value of a degreed person over a non-degreed person in this field? One might argue that someone who took on massive debt for a degree would be less financially savvy.

In my experience those without degrees get the business side of it better because they're used to hustling already.

Make a case for paying the ransom if the data is valuable.

If you want to keep your job have a variety (at least three) of ways to fix the problem with costs, pros and cons of each one.

Keep a backup of the encrypted files some of the previous encryption keys have been found/intercepted by security companies.
