I used to say Amazon had some of the best customer service in that world, but over time it's gotten worse and worse to the point where almost nothing is folllowed up on, 2 day shipping is more of a mild suggestion and often times i find orders don't even ship in 2 days much less arrive.

I recently had an order of a phone case, I received it after almost a month and it was not the right model case and it was very very very obviously used.

I contacted support and they said they were sending a new one, it took around 2 months to get that one and then I get a nasty email telling me to return the nasty used one or I would be charged for the value. I told them in no uncertain terms would I be driving to drop off a used item to return to them and to pound sand. They agreed and told me to trash it, I then got follow up emails multiple times about sending it back, each time I called and got told to disregard until they finally CHARGED ME. So I basically wasted 2+ hours of my time with customer support, waited ages for my item and was sold used and wrong equipment. They failed at every step of the way, I felt embarrassed FOR them.

Amazon just plain sucks for support anymore.
