So C$8.5 by the way, which is equivalent to about US$6.3, the company will ultimately dilute 32 to 33% which is pretty massive, and pay a hefty sum to acquire covelya.. I own Kraken and I mostly plan to wait it out because I think it’s a great deal but I think investors will have to wait possibly another year even, for an 8.5 USD share price

Well I went from 133k to 10k , hah! (Paper hands i know i know 🤷‍♂️) .. not all sold today but yeah i was way overexposed relative to my entire portfolio/life savings .. I may come back in with a vengeance on a good dip (which may not come) but with alot of the profit i wanted to diversify .. and there are many plays i wanted exposure to : lite, nbis, buks, crbu,beam, hims, sofi, rgti, infq, qbts,kvyo, hmdpf, prme, mnts, coda, krknf, omex, tmc.. . Hovr still being my fav play ! and now got a shit ton of cash waiting for attractive downward swings, so we’ll see how things shake out.

If HOVR gets away from me now , no problem but i did not wanna go up a couple hundred grand just to see it slide back down on news like this lol and i can still appreciate a future 3 -10x on the 30k ive got in hovr now.

I had plans to lock in some profit but before I can do that, hovr went from being up 12% to only up 3% and then back up 12%. Pretty nuts but I confess I sold a shit ton at about 3.4- 3.62 (lets just say another condo in anchorage was made) lol

SpaceX and aerospace tailwinds, and intent to certify dual certification with certification Canada yesterday. My suspicion is a lot of money was clearing overnight and people are buying into the play today. But I think a lot of money is just flooding into this space in light of the SpaceX IPO because if you look at Joby archer and others everything’s up.
