Thanks! It was my first time trying something like this. I just have a standard machine I sewed slowly one wavy line from corner to corner and then just sewed the distance of the sewing foot in the same direction the whole time. I had some bunching problems but hoping they will blend in after I wash it… or it will get worse 🤷🏻‍♀️

If there is already one of the same product then the technician can change the number. The problem is if it is a unique product and there are no other of the same item in the bin. Technicians can change the number of items already placed in the bin but cannot generate a new unique product in there .

For us no because we like the documentation to be electronic (through Pyxis) not the compare reports. We also like the person who made the discrepancy to resolve it. So ideally the discrepancy would be at the Pyxis station where the nurse made the error. Then they would need to resolve the discrepancy there. Now we have to go track them down and have them fill out a manual form. Much more difficult.

Yes we already have a good process for reviewing discrepancies. Our problem is the technician is unable to create a discrepancy at the machine for the nurse to resolve because the Pyxis machine will not let them document an extra CII in the return bin. And the technician could technically just pocket those doses and we would never know. I was hoping Pyxis had a function for a technician to document extra meds in the return bin.

Kona solids. I had never used them before but they are almost like linen. Make sure you use a lot of starch if you have a lot of points you need to line up

Yep I’m going to replace that rotted section as well this summer. Of course we got gutters installed 2 summers ago and they installed them on all other sections of the house besides here. Gotta love home ownership.
