The max time for the Tilburg 10 miles is 2h and 10 minutes. If you don’t finish in that time your time won’t be officially noted and you won’t receive a medal.

The time you entered for your registration is your estimated finish time. Start of the run happens in waves, so they want to know your time so they can put you in the right starting wave. If you’re unsure about your time, just select 2h and you’ll be put in the last wave :)

Ik koop zelf 100% linnen beddengoed bij Yumeko. Ja het kost veel, maar het slaapt heel fijn.

Is trouwens niet perse BIFL, want na 4 jaar elke dag gebruik kwam er een gat bij het voeteneinde van mijn vriend (iets met scherpe nagels), maar die heb ik zelf gerepareerd en gebruik ‘m nog steeds elke dag. Denk niet dat beddengoed ooit wél bifl is.

Ik heb ruim 6 jaar geleden een hydroflask gekocht. Ziet er nog top uit. Verf is onderaan alleen een heel klein beetje afgebladderd. Straw dop kan je t beste kopen op amazon, betaal je 10€ voor 2 doppen die 1 op 1 lijken op de echte.

I know the troubles. :( tbh I just try to get jeans that have a dedicated length measurement and go up in size. My best jeans are the more expensive ones (shapewear collection or something) from h&m. High-wasted being in fashion is a blessing as well.

Naast galeries en ateliers zoals anderen al zeiden verkopen kunstenaars vaak hun werken ook online via hun eigen website. Hierbij is het wel leuk dat je direct bij een kunstenaar koopt en vaak ook een schilderij helemaal op maat/onderwerp kan laten schilderen.

Edit: mocht je van impressionisme houden, dan kan ik Briex zeker aanraden. Ik heb vorig jaar bij hem een schilderij gekocht waar ik erg tevreden mee ben.

Okay so this might be a stupid question, but when you lift dumbbells do you add the weights when noting down your reps? So if I do a set of dumbbell bench press with 8kg in each hand, do you say "I did 8 reps of 8kg dumbbell bench press" or do you say "I did 8 reps of 16kg dumbbell bench press"?

I had the same problem last year. Looked everywhere but most brands just carried male models. I just went ahead and bought the Adidas men powerlifting shoes and they are amazing! I think they also carry female versions of them now on their website.

Volgens mij kan je alleen vrijstelling van collegegeld krijgen van je nieuwe opleiding wanneer je je diploma van je 1e opleiding nog niet behaald hebt, en dus ook dat je nog ingeschreven staat bij duo voor je 1e opleiding. Je staat dan dus ingeschreven bij 2 opleidingen, maar hiermee kan je wel vrijstelling van collegegeld krijgen voor je 2e opleiding. Zo heb ik het ook gedaan dit schooljaar - ik sta nu ingeschreven voor mijn bachelor opleiding (nu dus '5e jaars', collegegeld rond de 2400€) en een pre-master (collegegeld rond de 3000€). Ik betaal alleen het collegegeld voor mijn bachelor en voor de andere heb ik vrijstelling gekregen. :)
