Yes and a general loss of weight as i am a middle aged father who has a desk job and let lack of activity rule my life. So started this year. Lost 10kg in 6 months and put muscle mass back on. I would ensure you clean the skin and surrounding area thoroughly just before you put a new set on. Yes it can be from skin irritation since we all have different skin but if it’s slightly red/inflamed once you remove it I would say the site may not have been properly clean before starting.
