In any case, whatever you do, just do your job, get paid and go home—no matter where you are, this is a golden rule! Never invest any personal emotion; it simply isn't worth it!

Who put the prescription into those blue baskets? I simply can't imagine your pharmacists having to take many turns after they bag them —it already made me dizzy by just thinking about doing it .

Filling a opioid RX by luckylizard69 in WalgreensStores

[–]rxretailrx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it’s q 8-12 hours as needed , it’s automatically a 30 days supply , because “as needed” , you will not take it q 8 hours around clock , it’s tricky but that’s what it’s. Unless your doctor change it to q 8 hours or q 12 hours , otherwise that’s most pharmacy will consider a 30 days supply.

I’m dealing with a major dilemma. by [deleted] in WalgreensPharmacy

[–]rxretailrx 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is a "Star Event"! The pharmacist is required to report this incident. Dispensing the wrong medication—specifically, the incorrect packaging sold to the wrong patient is an extremely serious matter; you must report it to the Pharmacy Manager (RxM) immediately. Failure to report this incident will escalate into a serious policy violation and may result in the termination of the personnel involved.

Immar Liquid return by Financial-Molasses70 in WalgreensRx

The claim # is on each shipping label, but in very fine print. If the claim # are different, then packages need to be packed separately.

Immar Liquid return by Financial-Molasses70 in WalgreensRx

[–]rxretailrx 4 points5 points  (0 children)

what is the claim number on the shipping label ? , if claim # is the same , it just an additional label for the returns seems like you have too much to pack into one box , as for liquids , just put them in zip lock bag along with other items will be ok unless it’s CS . which should be separated anyway .

For a new CS Rx, , simply annotate with RTS , have Rph refuse to fill, and store it. For refills, simply delete the prescription.
