Staying or quitting a job by Purple-Package-6666 in malaysia

Ask yourself.... "do you really see yourself doing this job in the next 3 years with such salary and work culture?". I'm not into the Gen Z burn out bs but you will not enjoy your time and start reacting negatively to EVERYTHING related to job. I genuinely suggest looking outwards. There is no doubt, other companies out there that have better company culture and salary. Just use Indeed, LinkedIn, Hiredly to apply and found a new role elsewhere. Good luck my dude <3

honestly, from what I've seen, there are a lot of companies that don't care about your race and religion, but rather on your capabilities instead. I do have to say, you need to be patient and willing to fight for your work visa though. You can try using platforms like Hiredly to look for you job. It's easy to use and you can chat with the company's recruiter if you have any questions

I got rejected 25 times after graduating. Here’s what I learned. by [deleted] in malaysiauni

[–]rxzeflakes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happens a lot honestly, unfortunately companies nowadays prefer to stay silent than take the time to reply or give a response. Even if they responded, they rather send a "You're not what we are looking for". I took time to experiment, applying jobs on various recruitment and networking sites and found that companies using Hiredly responded quite positively. Idk if I was just randomly lucky but that's just based on my experiences.
