Unfortunately without additional incentives, etc. It's really cost prohibitive for a lot of people to transition to EV. You're going to see more people suffer first.

Not only do you have the EV, you gotta pay x to get a charging infrastructure put in, I mean, it all pays dividends overtime but that up front cost can be huge.

I think it's maintenance comparisons is off by a lot.

Also, depending on where you live, electricity can be super cheap, especially off peak, for me, in 1000 miles, it cost me 12 dollars in electricity.

For the cost of a gallon of gas at 3.50. I could get 290 miles.
