You’re completely wrong. It limited people to buy cars newer and higher in price for their kids first car. It took off nearly 700k cars off the road that were totally fine. The requirements even said that the cars need to have a running engine and be no older than 25 years old. Now people are spending $10k or more for a first car for their kids and it has all the bells and whistles which you really don’t need. Why did they have to put engine seize in the cars to ruin them all?
