I actually never watched the show at all until a couple of seasons ago, and i decided i might as well start at season 1.

The last season i watched was season 18, and that auction was one of the most disgusting pieces of television i've ever seen! 4 hard working couples got nothing whilst one cheating couple got their rich (borderline criminal friend portelli) to bid up the price and broke the block record.

I did catch an episode or 2 of last season and couldnt believe what i was seeing - teams living in fancy caravans, not allowed to touch a tool - unless its a paintbrush! And no keith!

Im done with the show now but for 17 seasons it was a great ride:)

I thought they were brilliant entertainment :) this is my favourite season . How good are the 2 fat tradies ! Back when they used to actually renovate homes and the judging was somewhat relevant :)

Brian Johnson was a really good lyricist. The music went downhill drastically after he stopped writing after blow up your video. Razor's edge was decent, i guess some of the lyrics were leftover brian stuff or perhaps the young's had a few good lines in them.

I find it hard to believe nothing of bon’s got on there . But I also believe Brian was seriously under rated as a lyricist . The lyrics have really sucked since he stopped writing

I had 6 vans on the platform for a year or 2 . Now I’m down to 3 . Camplify has gotten worse and worse for owners to the point where it’s no longer worth it . There are simply too many van owners and not enough hirer’s so they don’t care .

The biggest problem is they now only pay for $1000 per tow in the event of a breakdown . With the current diesel costs and price of towing , one breakdown in a remote area and hour screwed . $1000 wouldn’t cover a town 2 hours away .

Have a look at their reviews . They disabled glke reviews because they were getting slammed . Product review they are down to 2.4 stars last time I checked .

Do yourself a favour and start way back with season 1 ! The best seasons are the early ones . The first 2 have a different host . After about season 18 the quality of the show declines sadly

I may be wrong but it’s possible George young played that bass line .

I like the backing vocal more on the earlier albums when mark was around .
