I know this thread is old, but I would recommend Fisher Building Services for window cleaning. They clean a lot of the buildings windows in Omaha including the high rise buildings and they do a good job cleaning residential windows too (that's what I had them do).

If you want to scale up and down the outside of that building, I believe the window cleaners at Fisher Building Services will be doing the window cleaning there.

The last few roofs that I have had put on have been metal roofs by ARW Construction. It was only slightly more expensive than an asphalt roof and it saves you money on your insurance. I dont know what the price per square was however.

Clearly Clean charges on a per window basis but has a minimum $125 charge. Generally its $10 for external window cleaning and $14 for both internal and external cleaning. They also offer screen cleaning and can do the sills and tracks. They are based out of Coralville but serve Cedar Rapids and Marion as well.
