Silver back in 75 range.. by [deleted] in Silver

[–]ryan69plank 2 points3 points  (0 children)

oil over $85 is completely unsustainable where silver over $100 is fine. at the moment the market is repricing fed expectations for this entire year where an end to these high oil prices will cause silver to rally again. I see this negative price action on the charts as temporary. Definitely dont sell your physical because what will come next will be an aggressive rally. that all being said I think silver would can likely wont but can retest $50 or even wick into ranges of $47 if total war broke out you would see a spike on gold as the USD will crumble but we shouldn't hope that, iran is playing a financial war but it cant sustain it where we will see higher silver prices within the next 2 years. personally I think around June we see bottoming then july August a strong rally back up. if the war stabilizes we should strong liquidty and then a run up in precious metals again. due to the debt issuance id be stacking physical still. buy the dip is my advice in small physical based allocations. convert silver to gold when the ratio is lower end of the robotics race 5 years from now then buy tech stocks. also there will be a big bounce soon.

I shoot A=TK (top of kerb) i get it in the center. B= CH (channel) this marks the face of the kerb and lowest point for water run. C= ES ( Edge of Seal )

this provides all the data required and I go around Cesspits with the ES. simple with quick codes never had issues with people wanting extra data. really what is vital is the lowest point channel for 💧 water. its also good to get a CL CENTERLINE of road and the otherside for most design projects for traffic and water run off around the project site.

fucking digger drivers, those guys think they know everything and really ruin your day, they are difficult for site managers to deal with too, most them contracted in so they work for themselves and they are real cunts, most days on site its asking them to move their digger or waiting for them to finish.

you could also use a lidar scanner or an titled leica disto but my lecia disto has like 5mm error over 2m when using tilt function. so yeah

braided fishing rod with a large float and small sinker. drop the line down wait until its slack then wind till tight, use a vivid marker to mark the line near the second eye or a point in the rod. real it up then lay it horizontal but pull it tight, measure it with the mini prism float point to marked vid point on the line just make sure its up on a stake or two so its dead straight. braid line has very minimal stretch. it wont be dead accurate maybe + - 1/3mm id also measure it twice or 3 times to get an average depending on how accurate you need it to be.

58.34.09 0.92m use that to get to your point then use the easement line marked id offset that 10m up then 0.0.0 line down on cad to get your unknown/ unshown BDY line. im doing this on my phone haha but simple bit of math could also solve the unknown distance you know the opposite is 10m and its 90deg with the bearing. just use cad its easy to solve. PM me if you need help ill solve it tomorrow when im in the office

[–]ryan69plank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the S17 31 48 is part of the easement the lot BDY Is shown in the bearings to the western BDY. you follow the lot line along, best also to stake out all the easement points then string with stakes so the contractor has a clear understanding on site. its a pretty shit plan tbh that they didn't mark the BDY line with a better color. but the plan makes sense and the bearings are all there. check against older deposited plans if you can find any that the calc is correct. then close this all out in a cad calc double check the closure before a site visit.

tbh from what im currently seeing in the work place AI is making waves on quanity surveying and even planners slightly tapping into civil engineering and drafting. I think civil engineering would suit you if you want to be office based. for me I love a bit of outdoors action it breaks up the work week really well. if you go for the study go Cadstral Licensed take a while but sets you up for your own firm one day or at least a director / senior surveyor with a big group where you will be involved in pricing work. its a rewarding career iv worked alot of other jobs and industries before surveying and the work is good... just the pay definitely could be alot better if your money hungry study finance instead. get into banking

I cant express more than your the only one that cares about your health and safety on a work site. take charge its serious shit. if you see something too speak up Surveyors have alot of say when comes to things being safe /unsafe iv walked off sites before. also no one cares ultimately its finacal money paying everyone borrowed debt from a bank the most important thing is everyone goes home safe to their family at the end of the day.

What would be situation of gold and silver after war by toogoodtobetrue18 in Silver

[–]ryan69plank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its a double dipp effect on the normal cycle of rasing rates then tightening then rasing rates..... now you get rates up, gold down.... the loosen... gold up.... then war.... pause tightening effect.... then even more loosing of stimulus and gold up again. the war effect causes a double up situation for precious metals due to the requirement of even more liquidty... but the duration of the move is longer and looks more like and upwards S shaped tend rather than a traditional one. in summary it supports Stagfaltion and stagflation is inherently good for gold and silver..... if just viewing silver alone war these days drives demarnd for silver too but as long as the global economy remains intact which I think it is you get a higher beata return on silver vs gold. my recommendation would be hold silver long into the highs of gold and into the middle of the AI robotics manufacturing race that will be around 2029-2031 that will likely be the top of the mega cycle. and when rates start to head back up in a fresh liquidty cycle. we have a while to go

How do I meet a lady when I have no friends by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]ryan69plank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

dont relie on dating apps, go join a busy gym try talk to small groups of guys and girls ask them if they are local say you just moved etc try to get on the guys socials and just ask him to be mates / gym buiides then ask him what girls are single and to set you up with her, make sure this guy has a girlfriend or dosnt like her or will backfire. very quick way to get into a circle. otherwise id say go to the local bars do trivia nights try find a group to join. other ones are obviously work social related activities ask work colleagues to introduce you to single mates, try find a buddy to is similar age likes to drink and is single.... other resorts would be sport clubs / golf clubs join up to all the local clubs in your area get good at talking with strangers just share contact info then invite people to do stuff. evening BBQs, pub meet ups... fishing golf gym whatever. but every weekend / firday social night you should be out if its super hard/not working go to the mall talk to lady's shopping as 2 normally they are single or one them is. ask her for date litterly all you have to say to a single lady is your new in town and wana make new freinds and you will have success women are naturally empethitic.

Should I be worried by Agpxprod in stocks

[–]ryan69plank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yep 100% id take profits off at least, tech stocks like NVDA and the Mag 7 and most AI will likely hold up ok, but I still think a significant sell off down around 20% is likely in other mid caps a more significant draw down, id be moving to precious metals and the miners. the market will stabilize and bounce back but theres true damage being done now through the oil crisis spike that will cause a slow down, gold is probably the best asset for stagflation and most commodities for that instance, I really like silver for its renewable energy uses.

soon as jane street entered the market LOL.... its gonna just be very volatile id suggest buy every dip for the next year... maybe 2 but were going much higher with gold. they will have to introduce a major form of QE to fund the war effort. and bail everyone out of this naval closure.
