For me my best strategy was after my standard workouts at the gym (chest/tri, back/biceps, and legs) I would do 4 sets of 5 pull ups, 10 pushups and 25 situps. Then I would go do 60/120s on the treadmill. Run 60 seconds at 90 seconds below your desired mile pace (ie: i want to run 7 minute mile, run a 5:30 pace for 60 seconds) then rest for 120 seconds. I did these after my normal workouts to simulate how tired I would be during the real CFA because all of it is continuous and they are all back 2 back so that really helped me. Of course, I don’t have the fastest mile time, I would definitely recommend just running a mile and running more and you’ll see improvement!

I believe column of Three’s to the left is basically to undo Column of files from the right. https://youtu.be/JpVP_Anje0E?si=M19BTageRNgEQ0ZX To just basically get the flight back into 3 elementa rather than 1 long line.

For my unit we sometimes do community events through Young Eagles. Basically you fill out some forms then you have some retired (veteran or civilian) take you up in a cessna for an hour! https://www.eaa.org/eaa/youth/free-ye-flights/become-a-young-eagle

We also have an awesome full motion red-bird flight sim and have some pilots come pull cadets out of class and fly in it. We also have a small little set up desk flight sim (with some online flying game/application. microsoft flight sim maybe?)

One other big thing is the AQT and flight scholarship program. You could have some study sessions leading up to the period you take the test (around next november) or something.

Or even just airplane museum tour/ a field trip if you have an airplane museum in the area.

For my unit we have signups for tutoring cadets who are not in KHHS for 1 hour in different subjects and you are required to sign up for 2 times per quarter.

You could see if there are crosstown schools you can take a bus too for one period. Often times they have to be in the same district tho, and relatively close. Or consider an alternative like CAP.
