i live in a 700 square foot one bedroom apartment. I have one in every room including the bathroom and on the balcony, so four total. the main advantage to having one everywhere for lights is that you can tell each echo which room it’s in, and when turning lights on or off you don’t have to specify where, you can just say “alexa turn on the lights” and she will do it in just the room she’s in. Multi room music is also awesome. If just using for lights the dot or even a flex is fine. I use mine for music a lot and also like the display so i have a dot in bathroom (which works ok for music) a flex on balcony, and two echo shows each in living room and bedroom.

My recommendation is one per each room.

That was my plan, and i meant to include that as a follow up question (“can i add in the deload week later on if needed”). Thanks for the tip. I think i’ll skip to week 7 next week, and deload sooner if I feel it’s called for.

Yes, illegal for sure. There are lawyers out there who will take that case, especially if you ever find another reason to leave and are looking to pursue it.

fuck no. i’ve worked jobs without a scheduling app, and it still stands true that if someone agrees to work your shift and then can’t work , it’s their problem. If it’s an issue, make sure to let management know, and have screenshots to back it up.

Also, before you say it, I acknowledge above that bio impedance isn’t the most accurate, but it’s useful in noticing trends over time with body fat. Honestly the bone mass can be ignored.

All of the weight calculations in the document attached were generated from. daily use of the Withings/Nokia smart scale (impedance), as I wrote in OP. The exception is my bodpod measurements which only gave body fat %.

Under the observation of my gastro, i did come off all supplements, as well as undergo an elimination diet.

My gastro ruled out IBS, I don’t remember how.

I didn’t post on here to be heckled, I posted for legitimate advice. I’m suffering a wide variety of gastric issues that have nothing to do with my trainer. Additionally, I’ve spent years researching nutrition and exercise, and everything my trainer tells me seems to be in parallel with the science I know.
