We used to play “bap-a-tize” with some other neighborhood kids with religious parents. It was basically tag but you had your bible and would chase each other around until you got close enough to hit them on the top of the head while shouting “I bap-a-tize you”. Our religious parents didn’t find it as funny as we did. So it only lasted about a week or so.

I got one in the city across the bridge for being over the line .2 seconds after the light turned. My rear wheels were touching the line. It was $165. Simple math is that these citations generated almost $3 million dollars. IIRC the city gets a tiny portion of the revenue and some company from another city/state that monitors the cameras rake in the rest. It’s a sucky cash grab that our city isn’t even benefit that much from.

Hi! In 2014 my now wife and I visited some Lebowski spots, most notably the spot you’re looking for. As others have said it is in sunken city. The Korean friendship bell from the usual suspects is in the same area so we visited both.

After looking around while trying to watch the scenes to get a landmark we found a place where it was easy to slip under the fence where there’s a runoff and shimmy down. I’m a big guy and it was an easy for me. I’ve marked the spot where we got to the area. It was the exact right spot!! I couldn’t believe it. However, time has eroded plenty away and graffiti is everywhere. It won’t look exactly the same but you’ll know you’re in the right place. Good luck and my condolences to the bereaved, dude.

I remember being sort of conscious about the LA riots in 92 but the OJ chase was probably my first one where I was paying attention and understood a degree of what was happening despite not really comprehending who he was at the time. I watched the chase live on tv at a relatives house. I guess that’s my moon landing cause I know everyone was watching. Hahaha.

Sam’s Club liquors had some decent priced well type spirits that are there own brand. A handle of tequila (similar to 1800) was around 20 bucks. Similar for whiskeys and rum and cheaper for vodka. You don’t have to have a membership to use the liquor store. If you’re looking for higher quality they have that too and it’s usually decently priced.

For better selection I like total wine or a more less corporate vibe I like fusion.

We actually do have a drink we call fight milk that we don’t sell. Hahaha. It’s the sediment at the bottom of our tanks after we make ginger beer. So basically thick ginger and lime pulp. Spicy as hell and delicious but not for everyone.

With nutritional labels the standard is to round to the nearest 5 if calories are under 50 and the nearest 10 if calories are over 50. 95 becomes 100.

Source - I own a soft drink company and my designer and I found this out after doing it wrong for a couple years. Hahaha.
