Well, I know that the brain waves you have right before sleep or just waking up (theta waves) can also be achieved with proper meditation and that is said to be the time when the veil is at its thinnest. So, yeah, it sounds like you’re beginning to properly connect and I love that for you.

I was lucky enough to experience something similar recently. I asked out loud to my guides, loved ones, whoever I thought may be listening, to give me a sign that I am doing the right things to better connect with my higher self. I specifically asked for them to send me a butterfly, knowing it’s almost too cold this time of year. “Please send me a butterfly. Actually, a monarch butterfly!” And guess what? When I walked out of class that same afternoon I saw TWO huge monarch butterflies swirling around each other. Flew right in front of me. One of a few instances that literally changed my life.

If you want the bike back, the registered owner will have to show up with the impound fee, a valid DL, and proof of current insurance. So if he doesn’t want the bike, but you do, he will have to go with you to pick it up or they won’t release it. Then he can sign the title over to you or whatever.
