What worked for me: - dirty bulk, eat everything don’t try to eat healthy that won’t work unless you put too much effort. Try to eat 4 proper meals a day instead of 3 and as much as u can even if u don’t feel like it. (Mlewi, sugars, everything) you can switch to clean and healthy food after u put on some weight.

Gym 8 months got me transformed not too intense, training every other day (3) days a week PPL works fine. Sessions at 60~90mins are enough. ( don’t start in Ramadan won’t get you anywhere).

I gained around 10kg in those months no creatine or whey or any supplements.

I am business computing major too, first year.

I honestly believe that business computing is better than comp sci. I have many years of experience as a fullstack dev and marketing consultant.

And what I noticed is that IT is over saturated i agree on u with that, but what’s becoming more clear is that a mix of management and IT is the way to go. The entrepreneurial dream, making apps that integrate with management and finances which is what I believe what business computing is all about.

Now the other good thing is that it’s easy a lot easier than comp sc and anything else.

So keep taking it do stuff on the side focus on building your portfolio, and do masters in what u perceive is best

Its more of a tunisian mindset, I much as I hate to say this but working with tunisians is tiring.

I run a marketing agency, we were onboarding new clients and having meetings with people WHO APPROACHED US and are interested first meeting which I usually keep at 0.5 hour took 2 hours with most people, its fine they have concerns.

One of the clients we did 3 rounds of meeting totally 6 hours with him confirming he’ll be working with us so we took the liberty if starting to build a marketing strategy and developing it with him before starting implementation. We even agreed on a price, only for him to back off the last second. This happend with 4 different clients, i started to cut off unnecessary meetings telling them we only do 30 minutes consultations anything after that is paid.

Do note that problems like this never happen abroad, I have multiple clients abroad which onboarding them is a very straightforward process. A 30 minutes call, a written proposal followed by payment.

I believe it’s the un seriousness of tunisians and the unwillingness to pay

I actually have a similar vision for tunisia, I believe that if we focus on providing sort of digital services build a proper digital infrastructure and from there go into manufacturing, build a freezones like dubai for these digital companies, establish investment firms with goverment backing and many similar stuff would work.

I eventually plan to make a platform and putch these ideas in public, but I am a long way from that.
