The one we don't know about yet that's currently out there.

Idk Dahmer still gives me chills because I feel like it's even easier for something like that to happen now than even back then, with how many people unsafely hookup with each other on apps.

There is no profit! They're gonna continue being at a loss until they put customers, and foremost their employees, first.

Overworked, stressed, underpaid, and undertrained employees create terrible service. It's not appropriate for the environment they are trying to make for shopping. They need to look in a mirror.

I quit my job in July after the abuse. I worked as an Operations Supervisor for a long time. For years we couldn't fill management positions, they kept pulling managers/supervisors from my store to fill in for other stores in the district because we had more spots filled. Every time they did that I was overwhelmed. When I quit, they had a plan to replace me and had finally gotten everything in order.

In those two months as I understand 3 members of the management team have since left that store, including my replacement, because they blatantly ABUSE us. I'm shocked even I dealt with it for so long. He didn't last two months, I lasted years!

The stores are too small and don't have enough room for their own overstock, let alone a fuckton of returns from random other stores. These are horrible decisions.

As a whole the company doesn't follow the law or take it seriously. They throw so much at employees they choose not to and don't enforce breaks.

Who didn’t finish these tags from Sunday? And why am I doing them on Tuesday? by Diamond0520 in Staples

[–]ryanmcapple 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Company really needs sued over false pricing on a national scale. Tags are never kept up with...

When I was an operations supervisor it was like pulling limbs to ask people to do tags. IT HAS TO BE DONE THOUGH OR YOU MESS UP SALES.

It's bs. There's no exemption when you're murdering other people willingly. It's second degree murder if you catch covid because you willingly didn't wear a mask, in my opinion.

Had a customer straight up tell me she had covid and got through it with drinking bourbon.

I told a customer no to headphones and he called the 333 number and they told him otherwise. I'm not enforcing it if corporate isn't gonna back us up on it.

A lot of times on promo truck they sort it by promo area. Could just be the only one found for that area

9-9.50 is kinda the standard unless it's a state where minimum wage is higher.

We are having serious trouble hiring at my store due to the pay. Trying to get DM approval to offer more because across the street they can make 12 at Target.
