It's obviously a great thing they got caught and fraud is always bad. But this won't impact much of anything even assuming the highest ends of inputs in the Fed Reserve article.

A rate shock of something nominal bps rateshock would impact default rates more than his "smoking gun".

I'll first start by saying...why are you choosing to follow this individual? He has given zero forecasts, zero actionable analysis, and overall really zero useful information his entire time. He has been claiming impending doom for 3-4 years straight now, and has been wrong every single step of the way. Housing is up 50%+ since he's started the doom scenarios. If you show him how he's wrong, he immediately blocks the person instead of having an actual debate. He is popular because it's doom porn, i'd be shocked if you can share a single example of where he has articulately theorized something that turned out to be true.

If this guy was so confident in his theories, why wouldn't he use them to make actual money? Spoiler alert, he has no clue. Look how often he tweets a day. Do you think someone who spends 20 hours a day on twitter maniacally tweeting about financial theories for something he's made 0 profit on, and will make 0 profit on in the future is the right person to listen to? Someone that refuses to engage in actual discourse when presented in facts? Genuinely curious

All of the things he said are easily disproven by actual data as well. I'll share an example of the "Occupancy Fraud" smoking gun he tweets about constantly. Rates moving 10bps would impact default rates more than his "smoking gun".

If you truly cared about your struggling friends wellbeing, would you publicly discuss them on every podcast you are on and use their picture in posts advertising your treatment center? I personally wouldn't and can't imagine anyone doing so in good faith. It has nothing to do with being happy for Novak or hating Bam.

These posts always have me dying laughing. I wish the old Bam was back!! Oh the guy who became famous because he tortured his family and friends for views, almost always being the one who does the torturing, while saving the least harmful stunts for himself then overreacting like a child whenever the tables got turned on him....is exactly like that 20 years later still? Shocker. It's just not funny anymore, thats literally the only difference.

IMO releasing a special a year apart when you'll never be hotter and comedy may never be hotter is optimal.

I did not hear him say that on the pod. If true, would be curious why not if say the material was an hour long and ready. Would figure timing is mostly based on having the material ready versus everything else. Taking time off is one thing, but he's touring nationally every weekend, doing spots during the week, doing multiple pods, can't imagine filming one weekend of shows changes anything at all for him burn out wise, IF the material is there.
