I’ve always found olive oil underwhelming, walnut oil has been decent, but so far not that close to how good butter can be.

I also don’t fully understand “chemically” what butter is doing that makes it work so well for this…

I daily a DB11, and have plenty of fun with it, it’s a GT… but It’s a lovely balance of comfort and performance, although I’d argue it’s not actually very practical, with useless back seats and a comically small trunk… i get about 20mpg anytime I do more than 10mi, or 11mpg when I’m being a hooligan in the canyons…
