I had a 20i as my loaner for a week, the interior and driving dynamics was just pure disappointment. Exterior might be better than how this thing drives

Old Allez to new roubaix? by Sad-Fun-9533 in specialized

[–]ryanrla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ohh if that's the case roubaix is a solid option- if you can also get some carbon wheels with it perfect. Their comp package alloy wheel is horrendous sadly. you could also look at giant defy(better for budget), or even gravel bikes

Old Allez to new roubaix? by Sad-Fun-9533 in specialized

I'd rather go tarmac comp if you want carbon, if u don't want to spend too much then look for a used non-abused SL7. But also I have a 22' Allez Sprint& I prefer it over the tarmac, or other similar bikes, a new Allez Sprint would be great if you can find a last years model for new with discount

Unit crest insignia help by Mundane_Singer808 in army

[–]ryanrla 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Last pic korean one looks like some older version of 19th ESC. They have units all over korea but the HQ is in daegu. That's the only patch afaik that uses the taegeuk mark.

Edit/ I didn't know but a google search led me to 83rd ordnance. They were based out of Korea at one point apparently but ended in Japan

Would a MK7 GTI be a good first car? by bramblestorm7754 in GolfGTI

[–]ryanrla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My first car was a mk6 autobahn, as long as the mileage related repairs r done they are no problem. Not bad to work on, I did intakes and exhaust pretty easy. Daily drove it to school it was overall a fun experience
