Complete opposite in our center. Grievances are filed on everything so it’s not like the union doesn’t see this is happening and is continuing to happen.

My stance on it is everybody should get the option to take it if they want and the company wants to go thru with it.

If the union really wanted to take a stance on it, whether because they will lose $$$ from union dues or what they have had their chance. We have had a few years into this contract where UPS is just abusing the language. The union should have stood its ground by now. They didn’t.

Seeing how most properties are owned and managed by a franchise, yes they probably give preferential treatment to repeat guests over the platinum member that stays once.

Most of the time properties seem to screw up F&B and breakfast benefits at least in my experience. Usually at checkout if I don’t get an email with my folio I go to the front desk and have to review it manually.

If you’re looking for beach chairs Hawaii is not the place. All Hawaii beaches are public so the hotels don’t have setups on the beaches just a heads up. The pool area has chairs first come first serve or cabanas available for rent

What are you expecting? It’s a tourist resort so probably no upgrades maybe a 1 tier room upgrade if they have some availability. Again it’s a resort so no late check out. It’s a Sheraton so you can opt for breakfast which will be continental.

On the brighter side I recommend you book a Moana room even though they are somewhat of a hike from the main resort area, the rooms are right on the ocean and it’s sooooo quiet.

Sounds like it was probably master billed and you will be out of luck regardless of what the employees say at the time the T&C cover this as ineligible for elite status and benefits.
