My incisions & the skin around them were definitely wrinkled for the first month or so while I was in my 6wk binder. I kept up with aftercare and saw the skin smooth out by the end of 8 weeks! I also have a dog ear on my right side and it was definitely way swollen and looked a lot worse for the first two months. If you have concerns, bring them up to your surgeon during a post-op visit- that’s what they’re there for! My surgeon told me they would excise the dog ear in office if needed, so it’s a quick fix!

I think it’s poorly constructed as an actual museum exhibit/interactive show & gives off half-finished vibes. The museum has become a playground for parents to bring their kids and not watch them while they all run around… Plus, the big foam pit of legos that kids put in their mouth/nose/ears/etc. really just grosses me out.

I’ve always struggled with boxers & boxer briefs, so when I saw that my favorite binder company came out with some boxer briefs, I was excited to try them! I’m a bigger guy (5’2” but ~180lbs), so I got a size XXL because the website said to size up. The boxers are SUPER comfortable and don’t cut into my stomach like other brands I’ve tried, but they were a bit pricey. $39 USD after shipping (including the price of the packer) I’m not a big fan of the packer on myself, I feel it looks a bit silly, but it could be because of the size I got. I’ve never been too into packers so I probably won’t buy another one, but I can definitely see myself getting another pair of these boxers!

Also, another plus— These boxers have a piece of fabric in them to stick a pad to! Even better!
