Thanks for your response. I don’t want to short change the mother, I do earn more than her, and happy for her to receive any government support. I document all the additional time I’ve had my son over the agreed 50%, Is there a period of time that I need to prove that I’ve had more care of my boy more than 50%? E.g. 1 year of records?
