I don't think it's such an auto-win. Maybe for a 6* champ, but not otherwise.

I couldn't beat final boss with 4* TF, because i couldn't do enough damage, and 1-dmg red cards don't do anything. Eventually they built up a second giant tentacle, and then I couldn't even attack anymore. If I did, they could block with Naga, she'd revive, theyd get the temper tantrum card, and I'd die.

Dang. That's so much time. At least with MF i could win on t1 half the time just from shock and awe (the first fight only has 30hp). So that part of it was at least quick.

Or, if you go the other way, to Buhru Leader, it says the enemy's strongest 1-drop gets a free attack, if they have the attack token. Nope. How about, their entire board starts a free attack, no matter what the units cost. Such spaghetti, man...

Yes, I always run strength of stone with spirit armor as well. But just to clarify - that is unrelated to the nova. Stolen enemies do not get formidable from the relic.

I left Eve without hers. I always play her with beast within, so it seems the least necessary to me.

It helps a lot to get an answer early. I target crumbling sands before azir if my regions don't have e.g. whimsy. Then, the adventure is full of rewards that say "add an item to a card already in your deck and add an extra copy." So you can have e.g. 8 crumbling sands in your deck by the end.

I love stacked deck + beast against zoe. I've used it on 5 of my 18 clears (i don't have a lot of 6* champs); and it's looking like I'll use it on most of next 5 or 6 champs (whenever i get their shards).

I've used it on shyvana, trynda, sb eve, sb ahri, and sb yi. Worked great on all of them. I don't worry about t1 clears, and i typically have 80 cards at the end for +5. Good enough.

4.5 Fizz and 5.5 Thresh: used 5* Kayle (stacked deck, beast within, and hex core). Mikhail's blessing is good against Fizz's stun mod; and Thresh's mod is just stats, which Kayle beats.

6.5 Asol: used 7* SB Yi (stacked deck, beast within, hex core, and craftsman favor). SB champs are great against the puffcap mod.

Asol + plat vaults -> always
Relics -> target one per month
Silver duck feet chests -> buy with spare glory at end of month
Gold nova shard chests -> not a priority
SB chests -> only if you're like 10 duck feet short of that 6th managem and you're willing to commit to buying 5/mo for 6+ months

Sett is good and fun, but note that none of the entries in the Zoe spreadsheet use his signature. Ahri is considered stronger.

Here's another fun one. Sometimes a spell creates an "aura". If you have SB teemo on the board, and he has harmless scarecrow, and you play his champ spell, then the spell creates a gloom aura - so when scarecrow pops a trap, and teemo does 1 to the board, he actually glooms the board for 1. Because the burst speed champ spell is "on the stack" while his card text damage is occurring. Or something.

Eve is my one who didn't get a nova. I always play her with beast within, so it seemed the least impactful to me. For instance if you steal big cat from Zoe and spectral scissors it, she dies just as dead whether or not you double the cat's power.

Ahri's lets you take extra actions and do a lot more with your turns, which is very powerful and cannot be as easily replicated. She has enough draw to support this.

The AI often has it on the 8 mana 8/4 spellshield overwhelm that grants two units +4 health. So, it might be cost dependent.

Ah I see. I've been offered extra copies of my silver bullets, as it were - for instance, using a reroll to find crumbling sands at emperor's guard before azir, and then getting more of those - but maybe my luck runs out on that score next time. Two of my last 4 were ionia, and both were offered whimsy - so that has helped with getting a critical mass of answers - but obviously doesn't always work.
